Any service can be provided in the comfort of the patient’s home. A driving fee may be included if more than 20 miles away from 33185. We offer services in Miami-Dade and Broward counties, but can offer telehealth appointments throughout South Florida.

Every service has a base price, but we work with our patients to find what works best for your budget. Prices are flexible.

Our US-trained board-certified family medicine physician performs all evaluations and treatments. She also has training in aesthetics and osteopathic manipulative therapy. Dr. Lazo is bilingual and has been working as a family medicine doctor in south Florida for over 5 years. 

Therapy services are provided by our physical therapist that has a doctorate degree in PT and has extensive experience in rehabilitation, working with the elderly population, and sports injuries.
